Cancellation Policy
CareWoman LLC – Mom Relief Care Cancellation Policy At CareWoman LLC, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness, consistency, and respect for both our clients and our time, the following cancellation policy applies to all Mom Relief Care services: 1. Payment Policy All Mom Relief Care sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not require deposits—full payment secures your appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Payments will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a new date. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. 3. Late Cancellations If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session will be considered forfeited, and no transfer or credit will be issued. 4. No-Call / No-Answer Policy As CareWoman LLC provides in-home services, clients must be available and responsive at the scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, CareWoman LLC will attempt to contact the client by phone. A 10-minute wait period will be honored. If there is no response or access granted within 10 minutes, the session will be considered a no-call/no-answer. The appointment will be forfeited with no refund or transfer. Additionally, clients who no-call/no-answer will no longer be eligible to book future services with CareWoman LLC. 5. Emergency Consideration Clause We understand that true emergencies occur. In rare and verifiable circumstances (e.g., hospitalization, medical emergency), CareWoman LLC may, at its discretion, allow a one-time transfer of services. Documentation may be required. 6. Provider Cancellation If CareWoman LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), clients will be offered: A full transfer to a new date, or A full refund, if preferred 7. Late Arrival Policy (Client) If the client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Full payment remains required, and no extensions will be guaranteed. 8. Satisfaction & Service Commitment CareWoman LLC is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Concerns must be communicated during or immediately after the session so we can address them appropriately. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction after after services are completed.
