Cancellation Policy

CareWoman LLC – CPR & First Aid Training Cancellation Policy At CareWoman LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR and First Aid training. Due to limited class sizes and preparation requirements, the following policy ensures fairness, proper scheduling, and respect for all participants: 1. Payment Policy All CPR and First Aid training sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not require deposits—full payment secures your seat in the class. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (24-Hour Notice Required) Participants may cancel or reschedule their training at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Payments are non-refundable Payments may be transferred to a future class date Rescheduled classes must be attended within 30 days of the original booking 3. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled training will result in forfeiture of payment. No transfers or credits will be issued. 4. No-Call / No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior notice will be considered a no-call/no-show. The session will be forfeited with no refund or transfer Participants who no-call/no-show may be restricted from booking future classes 5. Late Arrival Policy Participants must arrive on time. CPR and First Aid trainings follow structured timelines and safety guidelines. Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid disruption If denied entry due to lateness, the session will be forfeited 6. Emergency Consideration Clause We understand emergencies occur. In rare and verifiable cases, CareWoman LLC may allow a one-time transfer to a future class. Documentation may be required. 7. Provider Cancellation If CareWoman LLC must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered: A full transfer to a new class date, or A full refund 8. Certification Requirements Participants must successfully complete all required skills and assessments to receive certification. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
