Cancellation Policy

CareWoman LLC – In-Home Assistance Cancellation Policy At CareWoman LLC, we value your time and ours. The following policy ensures clear expectations for all In-Home Assistance services: 1. Payment Policy All services must be paid in full at booking. We do not require deposits—full payment secures your appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (24-Hour Notice) Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance may be transferred to a new date. No refunds will be issued Credits must be used within 30 days 3. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of payment with no transfer or credit. 4. No-Call / No-Answer (At-Home Services) Clients must be available at the scheduled time. We will attempt to contact you upon arrival A 10-minute wait period will be given If no response or access is provided, the appointment is forfeited No refund or transfer will be issued Clients who no-call/no-answer will not be eligible to book future services 5. Emergency Clause In verified emergencies, one-time rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion. Documentation may be required. 6. Provider Cancellation If CareWoman LLC cancels, you will receive a reschedule option or full refund. 7. Late Start If you are not ready at the scheduled time, services will still end as scheduled. Full payment applies. 8. Safety Clause We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if the environment is unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such cases. By booking, you agree to this policy.
